An exciting opportunity is now available within our Operations function. We are looking for a strong, confident, and talented Logistics Specialist to work as part of a team in our small logistics operation in Germany. You will work hand in hand with various internal stakeholders in both Germany, Netherlands, and Headquarters to ensure stock is accounted for and managed correctly.

Critical for us is your character, we are looking for a hands-on dynamic and ambitious person, able to withstand challenge from other departments, always ensuring that the correct procedures are maintained and followed.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Administer logistics function to guarantee workflow, and process optimisation
- Manage routine deliveries to Mindray DE office, including picking, packing, contact with forwarders including responsibility for returns of RMA and other goods to BV
- Receiving goods from all suppliers, check the integrity and consistency of received goods and documents, move the received demo stock goods to warehouse for storage, to workshop for repairing, inform customer service for RMA goods, inform related person of items bought for sales, inform administration for GGPO order
- Undertake the physical stock movements for all aspects of products in Mindray DE, maintain the stock moving records accordingly on SAP and Demo manager, close communication with service admin and workshop for spare parts stock movement for workshop repairing
- Create the accounting document for monthly accessories/spare parts scrapping report
- Communicating with colleagues regarding pickup and delivery in a professional manner
- Participate to rolling inventory and regularly compare the stock level inside SAP to Demo manage to detect differences and highlight to relevant managers.
- Assist to customer service to solve logistic issues, demo stock sales, transport issues/complaints, contact with forwarders to resolve the problem when necessary
- Provide support to office colleagues and handle any logistic issues when required

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Experience of working in a logistics role previously, looking to join a fast paced, exciting business with meteoric growth
- Keen of working in a hands-on logistics role
- Successfully finished training in a similar logistics role
- Demonstrate experience of working autonomously
- Experience of SAP or alternative CRM system, highly advantageous
- Physically able to handle cargo on a pallet with experience of using a hand forklift
- Shipping and goods received experience
- Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives
- Fluent in German with business level of English
