We are looking for a

**Field Application Support Specialist (M/F/d)**:
This position is part of the EMEA Support Organization (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and will be located in Darmstadt (Germany).

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Prepare and deliver products demonstrations to showcase groundbreaking cIEF-MS (capillary isoelectric focusing-MS) product and workflows in biopharma
- Support the commercial and marketing team as technical expert on novel cIEF-MS technology
- Provide in-house and on-site trainings, troubleshooting, customer visits and telephone support in a timely and professional manner to achieve high-level customer satisfaction
- Partner with customers to develop technical notes, publications and presentations
- Liaise with local and global networks to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently
- Participate in global scientific community through conferences, seminars and training programs

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor degree or higher degree in chemistry or biology
- Experience in biopharma characterization workflows covering sample preparation, analytical method development and data processing
- Excellent presentation, communication and customer facing skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
- Driver's license and willingness to EMEA wide travel (up to 20%)

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- LC-MS/CE-MS or CE at a biopharmaceutical/biotech company
