The Head of Tech Finance, People & Culture
Overview:
C&A are now looking for a “Head of Technology - Finance, People & Culture” to help drive our digital transformation across EMEA, with a focus on digitizing Finance, Procurement, Legal and P&C. This is a key role on our mission to put digital mechanisms at the heart of everything that we do, whilst we are also undergoing a brand and product transformation simultaneously.
Reporting to the CTO, you will be a key voice in shaping our long term strategy by driving the delivery of short and mid term operational necessities - this role is nothing short of crucial to us reaching our company goals.
What we envisage this person will do:
- Develop a comprehensive digitization strategy encompassing business value, process efficiency, architecture, and change management.
- Modernize the technology department through digital ways of working and prioritizing business value with agile continuous delivery.
- Explore external opportunities for digital transformation and innovation within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure a future-proof solution landscape aligned with security, standardization, modularization, and data management objectives.
- 10+ years of IT and digitization experience in FI/CO, HR, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
- Expertise in delivering technology solutions using SAP 4/Hana, Workday, Ariba, SuccessFactors.
- Business-savvy leader with a strong understanding of digital ways of working.
- People-oriented leadership style, skilled in coaching and developing teams.
