- Ensuring all deliverables are available according to project requirements and deployment process by engaging and coordinating relevant stakeholders and securing availability and accuracy of deployment work orders;- Monitoring, reporting and optimizing services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing enough operational visibility to stakeholders (e.g. Project Management, Customer);-
- Analyzing current processes and propose enhancements for further improvement;- Communicating to higher management ongoing operations status (periodic reports) and escalate any potential major or service affecting issues as appropriate;- Optimizing resources and identify cost savings;- Implementing a problem resolution strategy and plan resource allocation aiming to minimize problem resolution time;- Implementing and maintaining operational procedures and processes, continually evaluating the same to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to the organization policy;- Leading staff to ensure they are motivated, focused, achieve their targets and provide a professional service;- Establishing and managing multiple cross-functional relationships, coordination and communication lines with all units in the business unit;

**Qualifications**:
- 15+ years of experience in telecoms engineering with significant skills in telecom networks design and rollout project management;- Experience in the telecommunications field familiar with Wireless Network,- Transmission include Fiber Rollout (IP / IT / 3G / 4G / 5G );- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership skills;- Ability to manage complex network deployment programs;- Program Management Office skills, including communication skills to operate with (and escalate to, if needed) 3rd parties and subcontractors, as well as to report program status to the client;- Knowledge of main mobile network roll-out program´s milestones and ecosystem´s actors, i.e. transport provider, data center provider, tower companies, government authorities, site/land-lords, network vendors, IT vendors, field service providers, logistic providers and telco itself;- Knowledge of mobile network architecture;- Knowledge of cloudified data center architecture;- Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;- Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business always.- Actual experience in mobile network deployment, including civil engineering´s and civil work´s requirements;- Actual experience in cloud IT data center deployment, including civil engineering´s and civil work´s requirements;- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to the detail;- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.- Master’s Degree in Telecommunications engineering or equivalent- Ability to communicate written and verbally in English and German
