Als **Head of Key Account Management** bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Leadership Teams und für die strategische Weiterentwicklung sowie Gewinnung von Key Accounts mit deinem Team verantwortlich

- und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften sowie renommierte Rechtsberatungen, mit denen wir jeweils 7-stellige Umsätze erzielen.**

**So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag als Head of Key Account Management aus**:

- Du leitest, motivierst und entwickelst unser Team von Key Account Managern
- Dein Team ist für das operative Tagesgeschäft mit unseren Key Accounts zuständig - du fokussierst dich auf die strategische Betreuung des C-Levels
- Du erarbeitest min Abstimmung mit unserem Chief Sales Officer eine Strategie, wie wir unsere existierenden Key Accounts strategisch ausbauen, welche Neukunden wir gewinnen möchten und wie uns das gelingt
- Im Herzen deiner Aufgabe steht die Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit unserer Key Accounts mit unserer Arbeit
- Die Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung im Bezug auf Umsatz und Neukundengewinnung liegt in deiner Hand

**Das zeichnet Dich aus**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams im Bereich Key Account Management
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Gewinnung und dem Ausbau von Großkunden-Beziehungen
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Strategisches Denken und die Erfahrung Geschäftsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der IT- und Finanzbranche sowie der aktuellen Recruiting-Trends von Vorteil
