KI group's **NEW VENTURE** - soon out of stealth mode - will be covering the needs of corporations approaching **Generative AI at 360⁰**. This independent startup is connected to an** international network of AI experts, entrepreneurs, and investors** spanning from the US to Israel. Thanks to KI group ecosystem, we believe we can quickly create a leading player in the service space for Generative AI, becoming a **trusted advisor, technology, enablement, and implementation partner for companies** in Europe and beyond.

We are currently **building up a top-notch internal tech team** capable of delivering Generative AI-based products and driving the implementation of Generative AI solutions within enterprises - and this is where you come in as **Head of AI Engineering**

As our **Head of AI Engineering**, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Building the tech team of this new venture from scratch
- Discovering new Generative AI-based products and enterprise solutions
- Implementing Generative AI-related technical solutions within large enterprises
- Being the trusted advisor and sparring partner for high-level decision-makers
- Engaging in internal product development

**Success factors**:

- 3+ years of leadership experience, especially in fast-paced environments like early-stage startup and/or service companies
- Background in computer science or similar, providing expertise in Data Governance, Engineering, and Data Science
- Solid design, coding, and delivery skills in developing architecture at scale
- Experience in end-to-end Machine Learning implementation
- Deep understanding - backed by practical experiences - of the Generative AI tech stack and how to use it to solve real-world problems, including:

- Most popular models (private and open source)
- Data pipelines (e.g., Databricks)
- Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone)
- Orchestrators (e.g., LangChain)
- Cloud providers (e.g., Azure)
- Familiarity with OpenAI products, including ChatGPT and Azure OpenAI Service
- Ability to quickly upskill and enable others
- Demonstrated expertise in leading geographically dispersed, diverse, and virtual product teams
- Demonstrated ability to work with enterprise customers, collaborate across company boundaries and deep understanding of enterprise complexity
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a customer-focused approach

Fluency in German and willingness to relocate to Cologne or Stuttgart are considered a plus.
