**The Opportunity**:
As a Corporate GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy Working Student, you will be helping the GTM team shape and execute the business growth strategy to drive commercetools continuous success. You will be responsible identifying key improvement opportunities through analytics, quantitative and qualitative insights, and good business sense throughout strategic as well as operational tasks. In this role, you will report to the global GTM Strategy Lead and will interact closely with various departments of the organization such as the global sales, sales operations and finance.

**Your Mission**:

- Support of strategic projects with the possibility to fully own certain workstreams, e.g. further development of newly defined market segmentation & data validation and enrichment of existing customer base; market entry strategy definition of new geos, positioning & go to market setup for selected market segments
- Support of the annual global planning process, including budgeting, headcount planning, sales territory and target planning and organizational design
- Research, analysis, evaluation and interpretation of market data, trends and competitive intelligence
- Support in the daily operations of our strategy team including the preparation of presentations and analysis for top management or board of directors
- Ad-hoc topics and requests from the GTM organization

**What you need to succeed**:

- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (preferably in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Finance) with an excellent academic record
- Practical experience / internship in the field of management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance - (ecommerce) tech start-up is a plus
- Very good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated, proactive personality with strong communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in an international team environment
