**For the next possible date, we are looking for a**
**Working Student Corporate Development & Strategy (M/F/d)**
**at our location in Verl, Berlin or Baden-Baden/ Mobile Office (up ot 80 %)**

**What awaits you**:

- You will be part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team, reporting directly to the Executive Board and supporting a broad portfolio of projects of strategic relevance to the Group
- You will work on a variety of topics, ranging from strategy and optimization projects at corporate level to initiatives in our business units
- You will not only create slides but support us in driving transformational and impacting projects
- You know how to structure workshops and address target audiences ranging from the top management to operational staff

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have gained first experience through internships in top management consulting or in-house consulting
- Ideally (not a must), you have an understanding of and initial experience in the FinTech sector
- You have first experience in conducting market research
- You combine analytical strength with pragmatism
- You are a strong team player who has ambition and drive, but still works together collegially
