Your tasks :

• Shape the future of Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation and Home of Tech - with strategy, analysis and your implementation skills. Your mission - Here you actively participate:

• As a Strategy Consultant Corporate Strategy (m/f/d), you will be a driving force in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy and quickly take responsibility for challenging sub-projects and provide a sound basis for decision-making for management.

• Strategy development and implementation: You will be responsible for sub-projects as part of the strategy development and digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation and Home of Tech.

• Analysis and conception: You will independently carry out market, competition and cross-industry analyses in order to identify areas of action and derive innovative solution alternatives and strategic recommendations from them.

• Project management and consulting: You will accompany strategic projects from order clarification to conception and successful implementation in close coordination with the business streams and the Home of Tech Hubs.

• Decision preparation and communication: You will prepare complex issues in an abstract and target group-oriented manner (presentations, decision templates) and present your results confidently at all management levels.

• Workshops and Stakeholder Management: You will design and moderate workshops with interdisciplinary, international teams and actively manage stakeholder management.

• Change and success monitoring: You will keep an eye on measuring success, support active change management and contribute to the further development of the company.

• Mentoring: You will take over the technical guidance of colleagues as part of your sub-projects.

Your Profile

• You are an analytically strong personality who has an entrepreneurial mindset and understands how to translate complex challenges into creative and implementable strategies.

• Experience: You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in (strategy) consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development or a comparably demanding function in a digital company.

• Training: You have completed your studies (e.g. Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study with an analytical/technical focus) with very good grades.

• Strategic know-how: You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of strategy development and implementation, organizational development and business process improvement. A deep interest in AI, digital products and modern technologies is a strong plus.

• Analytical skills: You have excellent analytical skills, an excellent ability to abstract complex issues and strategic thinking.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: You convince with your communication and presentation skills in German and English (fluent in spoken and written) and promote cooperation in cross-functional, international teams.

• Functioning: You work in a self-organized, results-oriented manner and show strong business acumen to identify stakeholder needs and value drivers.

• Tools: Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as common collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Microsoft Teams) are desirable.
