**What you will be doing**
- Support the Business Operations team in projects related to OKRs and Ways of Working - ensuring we work together efficiently, collaboratively, and effectively
- Support in day-to-day communication of relevant business stakeholders
- Support the Strategy and Consumer Research Teams with market research and analysis, product roadmaps and more
- Collaborate with leadership in organizing company initiatives, team events and workshops
- Learn about the food industry, in particular alternative dairy, and be a part of defining Formo’s place in the market
- Improve & optimize tools used in the organization

**Who you are**
- Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program
- Interested in business administration and strategy
- Driven, hands-on and willing to learn new skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a high-level of ambiguity
- Enthusiastic about finding data-centric solutions and sharing data-backed updates
- Comfortable working with a diverse group of people, great communication and interpersonal skills with a good level of emotional intelligence
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
