Werkstudent (m/w) / Working student (M/F) Sales & Marketing Operations
The Working Student (M/F) Sales & Marketing Operations will support the sales and marketing operations team in Sony Germany with focus on Reporting & analysis. This role will collaborate closely with internal partners across multiple departments.
Location: Berlin, Sony Center
Start date: immediately
Job purpose and tasks:
Business process management
- Creation of reports mainly in Excel
- Developing reports in PBI
- Support with regional sales visit planning and analysis
- Support CI lead in preparation of CCIM and Contracts
- Adhoc analysis & Database maintenance
- Flyer Review and Planning process establishment, by utilizing market insight
Performance KPIs
- Tracking of KPI progress and update regularly.
Budged planning process
- Support in preparation of Budget Process, Budget schedule
Qualifications & Experience
- Enrolled student in a German University within Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or a similar field
- You have strongly analytical and numerical skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- You are a good, result-oriented and loyal team player
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German
- Ability to work under pressure
- Solid Microsoft Office skills in MS-Office Excel (Pivot), PowerPoint and Access
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

- To be part of Sony for one year, 20 h/week and up to 38,5h/week during the semester break
- Payment of 15,00 €/h. gross.
