Working Student Strategy

We want to shape flaconi’s strategy team towards a clear customer focus and drive results that measurably contribute to the business success. For that reason, we are looking for additional support to drive the longer term strategic projects and handle short term requests regarding strategic direction and insights from the whole organization. This position offers you a unique chance to refine a wide range of skills: from independent project work and creative challenges to analytical and strategic aspects.

**Your role**:

- You will be part of the continuous development and revision of flaconi’s corporate strategy
- Related to that, you will be responsible for steering the implementation and having regular check-ins with relevant stakeholders
- Furthermore, you have the opportunity to conduct own projects in the context of continuously improving our customers' experience
- Exemplary projects would be developing a new setup for customer feedback collection, boosting customer reviews, developing a customer loyalty program etc.
- Moreover, you will support in the preparation and running of leadership or shareholder meetings as well as related activities

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Strategy or a comparable field
- First experience, ideally in/ with any kind of challenging environment (consulting, startup, etc.)
- Proof of successful execution of own projects (in any area of life)
- A collaborative and communicative approach and good understanding of numbers
- Proficient MS Office / Google Workspace skills, especially in presentations and spreadsheets
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus

- Full transparency: For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies.
