Price & Discount Strategy Working Student (M/F/x)

**The role**:
As part of our Price & Discount Strategy team, you will support us in our efforts in identifying optimal offerings (incl. pricing, discounts, promotions) for customers. You will research the key indicators across markets (e.g. supermarket prices, inflation, competitor moves) and perform crucial analysis (e.g. analysis of discount / price tests) that will inform our international price & discount strategy. Together with the team, you will design initiatives to improve our strategy within the field and help HelloFresh to grow further everyday In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders from multiple countries and teams like Product, Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing and CRM. Thus, we believe it would be a great opportunity to learn across multiple functions of the HelloFresh organization.

**What you’ll do**:
We see our working students as an integral part of the team and your contributions will have a direct visible impact on forming our price & discount strategy. You will independently manage and drive a workstream, which may be found across the broad range of the teams’ key responsibilities. This may include:

- Conduct research on key topics that will inform our price & discount strategy
- Analyze market trends and indicators
- Closely track our international market and competitor landscape across 15 countries
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data for deriving actionable insights for our ongoing projects (e.g. price tests, discount tests)
- Codify price & discount knowledge and contribute to the creation of presentations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with international stakeholders from 15 different countries on price & discount initiatives

**What you’ll bring**:

- Full time Master’s student in Business/Management, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any related field
- Broad understanding of business and general trends; comfort with business concepts
- Highly data-driven mindset and attention to details
- Ability to structure, visualize and solve problems in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point (SQL and Tableau are a big plus)
- Fluency in English
