**The role**:
**Tech recruiting with a bigger vision**: Join **Futurepath** and contribute to a software-driven transformation across all **Volkswagen Group **brands.

As our **Marketing and Communications Intern (d/f/m)**, you will support our international marketing team with employer branding, events, internal and external communication topics, and more. In this role, you will get the opportunity to grow and learn step by step with a hands-on approach to the exciting world of automotive recruitment.

**Responsibilities include**:
You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Work closely on our employer branding topics to further extend our EVP
- Actively contribute to social media with content and postings
- Conduct competitor research
- Assist with copywriting of various marketing initiatives and internal communications
- Maintain website data and link building
- Assist with events, including events with the Volkswagen Group brands and the Futurepath Tech Community
- Work collaboratively with the People department in regard to Employer Branding activities

**Requirements**:

- You’re currently pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s degree, taking a gap year, or you recently graduated in marketing, business administration, HR, or a related field
- Gained some experience with communications, copywriting/content creation, events, or online marketing
- People-oriented and goal-driven with a self-starter personality who longs for responsibility
- Great at prioritizing with strong communication skills
- Excellent English skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus
