International Marketing Communications Intern

**The role**:
As the International Marketing Communications Intern, you’ll join the global team that owns all marketing communication initiatives for HelloFresh’s portfolio of brands across 13 active markets. As part of your responsibilities, you will support coordination efforts on PR and brand campaign-related activities with the local and international teams for our vast brand portfolio (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, Chefs Plate, YouFoodz, and Factor). This can entail supporting team members working on planning and organizational tasks, media monitoring and analytics reporting, campaign management, and concept development. Your work will have an immediate impact on the way HelloFresh communicates its brand benefits and product messages to the world.

**What you’ll do**:
- Support in campaign management through organizational tools i.e. Airtable, Google Sheets, etc
- Monitor campaign metrics and share weekly reports on performances through data analysis using Clarisights and Tableau dashboards.
- Support in organizing, preparing for and documenting market catch-ups and internal meetings.
- Consolidate and communicate creative best practices to internal design teams, ensure strategic alignment among global and local market stakeholders, and share toolkits and post-mortem reports.
- Support on measuring brand and category consideration in collaboration with the market research team.
- Support with monitoring local PR performance via media coverage tracking, management and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to implement testing strategies and facilitate workflows between teams.

**What you’ll bring**:
- You are a recent graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Communications, PR, Marketing or any other related field.
- You are fluent in English, other languages from one of our existing markets are a plus.
- You ideally have previous work experience with an in-house communications or brand team or have interned at an agency or consultancy.
- You are a team player with a can-do attitude who is adept at working across multiple projects in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- You have some knowledge of media monitoring platforms
- You are structured and at ease with planning or complex communication tasks, and already have some knowledge of project management tools (i.e. Trello, Asana, Airtable, Wrike, Click-up, and/or Miro)
- You are familiar with data analysis and have previous experience using dashboard visualisation tools i.e. Tableau or Clarisights.
- You are a creative thinker who fuels creativity in others.
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- You are interested in marketing and communications and ideally have a passion for food.
- You are flexible and agile.
