Ok, Consultport is not going to change the world on its own, BUT there are millions of amazingly talented people who, altogether, actually can. They have been trained by the most renowned companies and consultancies in the world and possess unique skills surrounding business management topics and how to build digital first companies.

The problem is that today it is difficult for these people to find the right projects, in which they can use their skills to the full extent. At the same time, there are thousands of companies who would love to work with them if they just had the access to them.

This is why we founded Consultport - we are on a mission to build the world's leading platform for consulting services. Businesses can book independent top-tier consultants and digital experts directly through one platform. Think about it as an Airbnb or Uber for the consulting world. A One-Stop-Shop for all of your consulting needs on a global scale, to help organizations advance their most critical projects, better and faster than ever before.

And that's just the beginning. Our mission is to help consultants and companies to succeed, today and into the future - to provide them with a source for inspiration, a place to continuously learn and develop, where they can gain access to the most advanced digital tools for their projects.

That’s where you come in

As a Marketing & Communication Intern (M/F/d) at Consultport, you’ll have the chance to directly influence our Content and Marketing strategy, and take on an important role in building our brand. You’ll learn how to co-develop engaging content and use a broad range of media channels effectively. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Content partners, create and implement communications plans, initiate and manage media relations, lead new communications initiatives, and help take our brand image to the next level.

You will
- Develop and implement the communication and content strategy for our main social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and our Blog
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, our blog and act as brand ambassador
- Work cross-functionally with designers, guest authors, PR agents, copywriters, and content partners to develop articles, stories, thought leadership and videos, that help us to engage with our target audience
- Create content and marketing campaigns for our blog and social media channels

**Requirements**:
What you should bring
- Graduated or about to graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- An outstanding academic performance to date
- Prior work experience with content or social media marketing, preferably within the professional service industry
- A passion for crafting compelling and engaging content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is required. German is a plus
- Familiarity with WordPress blogs, Mailchimp or a similar CRM tool
- Photo/video editing software or Search Engine Optimization skills are a bonus
