Working Student

We are currently looking for an energetic working student in **Communications and Marketing (part-time, 16h-20h per week) **with a self-starter attitude to join our small team in our branch office in the center of Berlin. As a working student, you will learn about our work within a small dynamic team and provide support to advance our corporate design, public relations (incl. social media) and project acquisition, as well as quality assurance of project deliverables in line with our design guidelines.

Your support will help us to improve the quality of our communications disciplines from public relations, client engagements, and marketing & digital communications. In your work, you will need to assist the Communications and Marketing Manager in building the corporate identity of INTEGRATION e&e. To develop an adequate understanding of the mid-sized company, its managers and staff, you will engage with our network of development cooperation agencies, renewable energy experts, other consulting companies and scientific institutes in Europe and abroad through support in the acquisition and implementation of projects. Afterwards, you will support communication, design and general appearance related aspects.

**Your Responsibilities**

Your main tasks will include:

- Update corporate design guidelines, templates, manual, and provide training to in-house staff
- Design marketing collaterals and key communication products (company presentations, brochure, website, etc.)
- Write across a range of media and channels for a variety of audiences
- Support in developing Standard Operational Processes (SOPs) for regular communication
- Support knowledge management and the flow of information across different function teams
- Support for the layout and format of project reports
- Develop graphs and figures for reports and on web-apps
- Design flyer, poster, roll-up banner, and webinar banner for event promotion
- Support the project acquisition in preparation of expressions of interest and technical proposals in terms of format and graphic design if needed
- Other ad-hoc support to project management in our ongoing projects (in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, etc.)

**Your Profile**
- You are studying in the field of communication, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline. We’re _open_ to considering alternative profiles closely linked to it or renewable energy if the profile suits the needs.
- You are proficient in using graphic design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva. Video editing skill is an advantage.
- You are skilled in writing engaging social media _post_ especially on LinkedIn
- Strong communication and writing skills (with German being no essential requirement)
- Excellent command of English (written/verbal). French language skill is an advantage.
- Heaps of enthusiasm, cultural openness and team spirit round up your interpersonal skills
- Previous work or project experience in the renewable energy field is an advantage.
