**What you do**

Allianz Mobility aims to bring the growing and innovating mobility offer of Allianz Partners into a digital and scalable layer, facilitating a better integration with partners across the globe, to act as a growth engine for the Group. You will be supporting the strategic orientation of Allianz Mobility towards its Target Operating Model (TOM).

You will be responsible to help develop and implement strategic initiatives to harmonize the Allianz Mobility Line of Business (LoB). In addition, you will advise on-, and help steering the transformation and the mobility project portfolios throughout Allianz Partners.

As Head of Automotive Intelligence, you will support establishing a holistic view of Allianz Mobility’s business, the future direction, and the initiatives required to migrate to the desired future environment. Thereby, your area of responsibility will cover a broad range of mobility insurance topics.

The Mobility team is part of Allianz Partners, the leading strategic partner of automotive manufacturers and mobility providers in the provision of insurance and services currently working with more than 40 car brands and leading mobility providers in more than 30 countries. Automotive manufacturers and their financial services can choose from a portfolio of customized products and service solutions in the fields of motor insurance, warranty, assistance and ancillary products. In addition, Allianz Mobility provides dedicated solutions for players in the New Mobility field.

You will be in charge of:

- Identifying and reflecting latest automotive technology (CASE - connected, autonomous, shared, electric vehicles) and mobility business trends in product management - both for existing and future businesses.
- Managing technological/operational implementations and adaptations of new and existing products as well as partnerships across a variety of stakeholders (AzP, OE, AZ Technology, external partners like OEMs, mobility providers, start-ups) and building them for operational setups for global solutions.
- Developing and driving international product innovations with existing and new OEM partners/ other industry players - in the fields of automotive innovation (e.g., Connected Car insurance / telematics, Advanced driver assistance systems, electric vehicles) - upgrading existing insurance solutions with data-driven innovations.
- Conceptualizing, preparing and conducting communication to top management and external stakeholders, including board decision meetings, sales pitches and strategy documents.
- Creating concepts for new, digital business models for Allianz comprising insurance and services based on mobility trends.
- Driving overall LoB product-innovation effort in a thought leadership role and building show-cases for implementation based on in-depth understanding of technologies.
- Driving global scaling of successful product-innovations across OEs and Allianz Partners BUs.
- Ensuring that local product and regulatory requirements are met, as well as leading a diverse team.

**What you bring**
- University degree (M.Sc./MBA) in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written English required, proficient German and/or French as additional foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Extensive experience, preferably within the automotive/mobility and financial services/insurance industry, as well as in management functions.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution/implementing, as well as working with top management and business on sensitive topics.
- Proven track record of successful project management in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment; ability to handle complex projects, competing priorities, anticipate requirements and possible obstacles.
- Affinity to new technologies and solutions, such as digital customer journeys. Strong conceptual thinking, ability to design new and original solutions to complex problems, excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation and mediation), self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
