About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead its Data strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on managing and leading the Data team and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

**Join our portfolio company**: A German customer service platform focused on connecting companies with support experts located around the globe. The startup collaborates with more than 30,000 service professionals, enabling them to offer remote support to companies through its innovative digital platform.

**ƒIn this role, you’ll**:

- Manage and develop the data team of our portfolio company as well as implement strategy
- Enable the vision, strategic roadmap, and product development processes to drive data products forward
- Execute with relevant and ambitious metrics so that you make a meaningful contribution to increasing customer success and ROI
- Prioritise and execute the implementation of data products in a customer and ROI-centric manner and identify and improve the data-driven use cases to maximise business value
- Work on the further development of the data infrastructure in close collaboration with IT & Engineering teams to ensure that it meets the needs of the company and is future-proof
- Leading the data team and developing team members to establish a culture of impact, performance, and autonomous decision-making

Your Profile
- You have in-depth knowledge of data architecture, infrastructure, analytics, and data systems (data warehouse, integration of various data sources, transformation, orchestration, governance, machine learning, dashboards)
- You've already achieved success by using data to improve profitability, drive growth, and increase customer satisfaction
- You have a strong focus on product development and delivery
- You are passionate about creating results-driven data products and helping to establish a company-wide data culture
- You have a few years of experience as a manager and in building data teams, ideally in similar growth phases, you like to communicate in German and English and of course
