As
Head of FP&A & Business Intelligence
, you will be responsible for the strategic management of the finance function and for developing data-driven decision frameworks for the executive team. You combine deep financial expertise with modern BI approaches to sustainably support operational and strategic decision-making and to measurably enhance company performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A team with a focus on planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
  • Build and continuously optimize business intelligence tools and dashboards to enable data-driven company management
  • Develop KPIs and financial models to support the business strategy
  • Collaborate closely with departments to identify performance potentials and optimize business processes
  • Analyze complex financial and business data and derive strategic recommendations for action
  • Ensure transparency, quality, and integrity of financial data
  • Present analyses and reports at executive board level

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field; ideally complemented by training in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • Several years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a leadership position
  • Solid knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
  • Strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumen
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams
  • Excellent communication skills at both operational and strategic levels
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent German
