Tasks

Founded in early 2020, we grew the team from two founders to a team of 10 to 12 great people. To continue our growth to help more and more companies, we want to grow by another 5 to 7 people in the coming months. Recruiting the right people is our top priority.

We are currently looking for a recruiting intern that helps us to shape the company by getting the right people aboard. We expect you to take over the following responsibilities:

- Identification: Find awesome people who may soon be a colleague
- Attraction: Convince great people to get into our recruiting stage
- Evaluation: Find out whether it is a mutual fit by performing screening interviews and participating in other interviews
- Strategy: Be a sparring partner for the development of a new hiring process and let your own ideas influence the company’s recruiting future (e.g. employer branding)

This role is a full-time internship role. This position is also available as a working student position as we are open to both options.

For this role, it is not about your experience, but about your learning mindset and your passion for professional growth.

**Besides that we are looking for the following**:

- It is easy for you to build trust and relationships with various people
- A creative self-starter that can bring new ideas to the table
- Good communication verbal and written skills in English
- Bonus: You are curious about data & technology
