Tasks
Founded in early 2020, we grew the team from two founders to a group of 13-14 great people. To continue our growth to help more and more companies, we want to grow by another 5 to 7 people in the coming months. Recruiting and retaining the right people is our top priority.
We are currently looking for a people and recruiting intern who helps shape the company by getting the right people aboard and supporting keeping the right people with us. We expect you to take over the following responsibilities:
- Identification: Find awesome people who may soon be a colleague
- Attraction: Convince great people to get into our recruiting stage
- Evaluation: Find out whether it is a mutual fit by performing screening interviews and participating in other interviews
- Strategy: Be a sparring partner for the development of a new hiring process and let your own ideas influence the company’s recruiting future (e.g. employer branding)
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Design and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes not only from an admin point of view but also from an emotional one
- Events & Office: Take over the organization of some great team events for you and your colleagues, while also supporting in keeping the office a great place to work
This role is a full-time internship role.

- Good communication verbal and written skills in German and English
