**Team mission**:
Our team's mission is to power the employee experience by facilitating change and helping to navigate the moments that matter. We do this by providing efficient, knowledgeable and reliable service for employees across their entire GetYourGuide journey while ensuring both a compliant and empathetic approach.

To support us on this journey, we are looking for an Intern to join our international team based in Berlin. In this role, you'll be working closely with People Operations Specialists and constantly learn and face new challenges daily. This is a full-time hybrid role with a requirement to work from our office at least 3 days a week.

**Your mission**:

- Support the People Operations Team with topics and projects throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, benefits and absence management
- Provide hands-on support with operational HR topics and get insights of the role of a People Operations Specialist at GetYourGuide
- Assist the team in administration and maintenance of employee files, documents, and contracts
- Ensure data accuracy on our HR system and create reports and support the team to guarantee high quality and consistency in our data
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees through various channels such as JIRA tickets, in-person meetings, and calls, providing timely and accurate information
- Support with process optimization projects aimed at operational excellence and efficiency

**Your toolkit**:

- Student in a Bachelors or Masters Programme
- You have excellent English (C1) skills, German considered as a plus
- You are available for 6 months, full-time
- Ideally, you've already gained first work experience in a similar field
- You work independently and are detail-oriented
- Previous experience with GSuite, Workday and Jira Service Desk are considered a plus
