Mandatory People Intern

**Your mission**:
As a People Team Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our People Operations run smoothly while supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR processes, have a meaningful impact on employee experiences, and contribute to building a world-class team.

**In this role, you will**:
**People Operations**
- Support the People Operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, processing employee data, and maintaining HR systems.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Help implement and improve internal People policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
- Coordinate and organize internal events such as team on-site or all hands, and training sessions.
- Manage and update HR documentation, including handbooks, templates, and compliance records.

**Recruitment**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for people operations, recruitment, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus, especially German.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new HR software tools.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
