- Diary management experience at Senior Manager level, including arranging travel and conference calls.
- Proven administrative ability, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based technology for information sharing
- Ability to make a positive contribution to company’s culture that fosters diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in local language and English

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated, quick-thinking, customer obsessed Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to support the AMZL MEU Country Director. Is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience, working hard to deliver customer orders and ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it.
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is required. In addition, exceptional written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail, bias for action and detailed planning and organizational skills are a must. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools is also required.
Key job responsibilities
**Main responsibilities include**: complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings, managing travel bookings, handling expenses, multi-tasking during ad hoc projects and ensuring successful follow up of action items, preparing documentation for meetings; assisting with Powerpoint presentations and a variety of other day to day administrative tasks on behalf of the CD. You will generally be responsible for organizing the CD’s agenda and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly.
This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing you exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting tasks. **Work Schedule**: Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and availability outside normal working hours. May require flexibility to adjust work schedule from time to time to work early or later than regular schedule.
**Additional Demands**: Must be able to work in an operations environment. Must be able to travel between sites when required.
