- Werkstudent Investment/Transaction - Real Estate Private Equity (m/w/d)

Language skills in German and English are required with at least a C1 level.

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Als vollwertiges Mitglied des Investment Teams übernimmst du von Anfang an viel Verantwortung und unterstützt aktiv während des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses. Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung für unser Team für folgende Aufgabenbereiche:

- Mitarbeit und Begleitung von Real Estate Transaktionen verschiedenster Assetklassen (Wohnen, Büro, gemischte Quartiere, Hotel etc.), inkl. Finanzierungen
- Mitarbeit bei Analysen von Investitionsmöglichkeiten, bestehenden Projekten und Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen zusammen mit dem Investment Team
- Mitarbeit und Durchführung von Due Diligence Aktivitäten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams (z.B. Development, Asset Management etc.)
- Je nach Entwicklung: Selbstständiges Vorantreiben eigener Projekte
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Investment Committee
- Recherchetätigkeiten zum Immobilienmarkt, innovativen Geschäftsmodellen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen

**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:

- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik oder einem ähnlichen quantitativen Umfeld - mit exzellenten Leistungen
- Erste Praxiserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld (z.B. Transaction Advisory Services, Private Equity, M&A / Investmentbanking, Strategieberatung) wünschenswert
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine stark ausgeprägte analytische, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Excel
- sowie PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Level C1)
