We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical
Investment Banking Analyst
to join our team. This entry-level role is integral to the execution of complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt offerings, and strategic advisory mandates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior bankers in the execution of transactions, including M&A, capital markets deals, and corporate finance advisory.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, trading comparables, precedent transactions), and industry research.
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, memoranda, and other marketing materials to support deal origination and execution.
  • Analyze financial statements and perform due diligence to assess company performance, risks, and market positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and data that could impact client businesses or investment opportunities.
  • Assist in drafting confidential information memoranda (CIM), investment teasers, and management presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, accounting, and other advisory teams to support deal execution.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development through market insights and deal experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline from a top-tier institution.
  • 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or financial consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, valuation techniques, capital markets, and corporate finance principles.
  • Experience with financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, or FactSet is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
