Your profile

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong academic background and practical experience in finance, consulting, or renewable energy investments.Experience:

Your mission

As an Investment Intern, you will support NeXtWind's investment and operational teams in executing M&A transactions, performing strategic analyses, and driving value creation for our renewable energy assets. Key responsibilities include:
M&A Transactions and Market Analysis

Assisting in the execution of buy-side transaction processes (competitive auctions or bilateral negotiations) for acquiring wind farms or portfolios.Conducting market research and analyses to support strategic decision-making.Financial Analysis and ModellingSupporting the preparation and maintenance of financial models for valuation and decision-making.Conducting sensitivity and optimization analyses to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.Reporting and Operational SupportAssisting in the preparation of reports for private equity investors.Contributing to analyses for identifying and executing additional value-creation opportunities within the existing portfolio.
