Role Description:

The Investment Banking Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial transactions and strategic advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate restructuring. This role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing valuation models, and preparing presentations and reports that inform business decisions and investment strategies.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing financial and market data, assessing company performance, and identifying opportunities that align with client or organizational objectives. The Investment Banking Analyst collaborates with senior bankers, clients, and internal teams to support transaction execution, due diligence, and pitch preparation.
