Ransom & Randolph is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our EU office.

Direct responsibilities are processing orders, coordinating shipments and communicating details to appropriate shipping locations; addressing customer needs and complaints; providing customer satisfaction and ensuring retention of existing customers. The individual will work in the office close to Leipzig and interface daily with the company headquarters in Maumee, Ohio, USA.
- This position will work directly with customers and suppliers on the Continent and in the UK
- Direct responsibilities are processing orders, coordinating shipments and communicating details to appropriate shipping locations
- Address customer needs and complaints
- Provide customer satisfaction and ensuring retention of existing customers
- Answer the phone/return calls in a timely manner
- Attends to customer complaints/ returns/ freight issues
- Office management assistant or bachelor in economics with experience in Customer Service
- Ability to communicate in English as well as German. Other languages a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Computer capability including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Positive attitude and high level of accountability, personal drive and integrity.
- Experience with arranging shipments and bills of lading a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check
