Für den Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) eines der größten Immobiliendienstleisters am Standort Neu-Isenburg suchen wir eine proaktive, smarte und vertrauenswürdige Assistenz, die Wandel nicht scheut, sondern mitgestaltet.

Du organisierst nicht nur, Du denkst mit - und das gerne auch mal einen Schritt voraus.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Kalender-, Reise
- und Meetingmanagement auf Top-Level-Niveau
- Organisation & Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Analysen & Briefings
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu internen & externen Stakeholdern
- Mitarbeit bei Projektplanung, Nachverfolgung und Reporting
- Vertrauliche Aufgaben im strategischen Umfeld - Du bist die rechte Hand des CTO

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Executive Assistant oder Projektassistenz - idealerweise im Transformations
- oder Beratungsumfeld
- Organisationsstärke, Priorisierungstalent und Multitasking-Skills
- Kommunikationsgeschick auf allen Ebenen - vom Projektteam bis zum Vorstand
- Affinität zu digitalen Tools & agilen Methoden
- Souveränes, loyales und diskretes Auftreten
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
