**Duties**:

- Serve as a senior Project Manager (PM) and Technical advisor in the 2D Theater Signal Brigade (2d TSB), S3 Engineering Division, Information Technology (IT) Project Management Branch.
- Manage and/or coordinate the overall theater Infrastructure Project Management administration supporting IT and telecommunication systems.
- Responsible for reviewing, validating, coordinating, and advising on functional IT and telecommunications requirements.
- Contribute and provide technical planning guidance to the command on infrastructure policies, procedures, and practices.
- Initiate corrective actions on technical or functional deficiencies to ensure adequacy and reliability for accomplishment of command goals and objectives.
- Support and provide critical input to on-going cost analysis programs to assure efficient use of contract funds.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET eligibility with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- The IT classification for this position is IT- III. Position is designated as Special Sensitive.
- Must successfully pass urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
- The incumbent must be willing to travel on military and commercial aircrafts.
- This position may require the incumbent to travel to hostile environments.
- The incumbent maybe required to work overtime on an emergency basis.
- In support of the mission, the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Transportation Motor Pool driver license for driving Government owned vehicles.
- Direct Deposit of Pay is required.

**Specialized and Other Experience**:One year of specialized experience which includes developing and interpreting broad telecommunications policies and regulations; analyzing existing complex systems and operations for improved effectiveness; and monitoring development plans for the installation of complex Information Technology systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
- The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:
