We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Marketing Operations B2B (all genders) to lead our Operations team and help us on our mission to grow globally.
**You will**:
- manage a team of 6 marketing operations managers, promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and superior performance standards
- build a marketing operations vision and strategy, and be able to quantify the impact of our marketing operations
- be providing operational support to the broader marketing function, maintaining the pipeline model and aligning the Marketing & Sales organization’s priorities to the broader business initiative through goal setting
- optimize funnel processes to maximize efficiency from the top of the funnel all the way to the customer stage
- own all vendor relationships within our marketing tech stack and manage all integrations with our marketing automation system
- work on GDPR compliance projects with the Legal team to ensure secure handling of data
- support any data needs to enable accurate and reliable reporting on all marketing activities
- collaborate closely with the leadership of Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations & Content Marketing plus a variety of stakeholders from Design, Sales and Account Management
**You have**:
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing automation and/or marketing operations
- minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an international and diverse environment
- excellent skills in marketing automation, attribution modeling, performance forecasting, tracking & analytics and demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and segment audiences
- advanced experience in Hubspot or Salesforce
- proficient fluent English (German, Italian or French is a plus)
- a solution-oriented and team-driven outlook
- respect for expertise and are invested in personal development of your direct reports
