**We're Looking For**:
You’re a creative and strategic marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital channels, SaaS dynamics, and customer journeys in B2B environments. You enjoy leading by example — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’re passionate about storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and inspiring teams to deliver impactful results.
As the **Team Lead Marketing**, you’ll manage a small team of two talented marketers (digital marketing manager and content strategist) while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Product, to drive Customer Alliance’s growth and brand visibility across key markets.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Lead and mentor** a marketing team of two, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- **Own the marketing funnel** — from brand awareness to lead generation and conversion, ensuring smooth alignment with sales targets.
- **Oversee content creation** (blog, case studies, newsletters, social posts, landing pages) that communicates our value to hospitality professionals.
- **Manage campaigns and budgets**, analyzing performance data to continuously improve ROI.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** to ensure consistent messaging and a unified go-to-market approach.
- **Represent marketing internally**, reporting KPIs, insights, and recommendations to management.
**We Expect**:
- 5+ years of experience in **B2B marketing**, ideally in **SaaS** or **technology-driven industries**.
- Proven experience in **leading small teams** and driving measurable marketing outcomes.
- Excellent **project management** and organizational skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Strong **communication skills** in English (German is a plus).
- A data-driven mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
**If You Have It, It’s a Plus**:
- Experience in the **hospitality tech** or **guest experience** sector.
- Familiarity with **HubSpot** and **Webflow**.
- Understanding of **account-based marketing (ABM)** strategies.
- Fluency in German or another European language
