As a VP Operations Lead - Marketing ( M/F/d) you will utilize your in-depth experience in marketing operations including planning, processes, governance, budget management and vendor management.

**Job Responsibilities
- You will lead the marketing operations team, you will be responsible for planning activities, processes & governance and budget oversight across the marketing organisation
- You will manage and develop marketing plans in partnership with other areas of the business
- You will act as a Lead for Marketing & Growth processes, working closely with stakeholders across the team as well as representing Marketing Operations
- You will support vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management
- You will work closely with the MarTech organisation to ensure capabilities and documents are structured the right way
- You will be responsible for setting and driving targets and OKRs and Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, while adhering to internal processes
- You will be preparing reports, presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations in order to keep management informed

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Proven track record of building, leading and managing high performing teams a must
- Experience with vendor management
- Very good understanding of business operations
- Passionate about processes, policies and analysis with great attention to details
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Be comfortable presenting plans and final deliverables to stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English

- Experience from a consulting company
