Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst unser Produktportfolio (vor allem im kosmetischen Bereich) weiter und treibst mit kreativen Ideen und innovativen Ansätzen die Zukunft von happybrush voran
- Du führst das interne Produktteam sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch
- Du begleitest den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess - von der ersten Idee bis zur Markteinführung
- Du stellst die Produktqualität sicher und entwickelst das Qualitätsmanagement kontinuierlich weiter
- Du analysierst Markt und Wettbewerb und leitest daraus strategische Maßnahmen ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Design, Operations, Customer Relations und weiteren Teams zusammen
- Du überwachst Fortschritt, Profitabilität und Risiken und sorgst für ein transparentes Reporting

Das bringst Du mit
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder in der Produktentwicklung mit - idealerweise in der FMCG-, Kosmetik
- oder Health-Care-Branche
- Du hast bewährte Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams
- Du überzeugst mit Kreativität, einem Gespür für Trends, Out-of-the-Box-Thinking und einem ausgeprägten Can-Do-Mindset
- Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und setzt auf eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team effektiv und effizient und sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gutes Englisch
- Du hast den Antrieb, das Kundenerlebnis im Bereich Mundpflege grundlegend zu revolutionieren
