**Head of Design (M/F/d)**

**What you will do**:

- Lead and manage the design team, fostering creativity and collaboration
- Develop and execute a design vision aligned with company goals and market trends
- Align with C-level and all relevant stakeholders, challenge the status quo and develop a design strategy to support Roadmap and company goals
- Oversee the UX design process, ensuring user-centric and intuitive experiences
- Enhance user experiences in AI headphone products using audio technology and acoustic interfaces
- Integrate AI into product design for seamless AI-driven interactions
- Ensure a coherent brand and design language across all channels
- Mentor and develop the design team, fostering innovation and conducting performance reviews

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in design, with a strong background in UX and a focus on technology and consumer electronics
- Experience in the consumer electronics (ideally headphones or audio industry, or acoustics interfaces)
- Design agency experience, leading smaller project teams with an extensive track record working with world leading customers
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of AI integration and voice interaction design
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
