I am working exclusively with a high growth cybersecurity firm who has almost doubled head count in the last 18 months and is continuing the adventure to grow further. They run pen testing, social engineering and red teaming engagements regularly for high profile clients in addition to DFIR cases.
**Responsibilities**
As the Head of Pen Testing you are responsible for shaping the strategy and leading a team of mixed experience pen testers and red teamers on some very exciting client projects.
You develop and implement strategies and define key success measures, as well as presenting our innovative security solutions to key clients at conferences, industry events, and meetings.
You focus on empowering your team, guiding them through targeted development initiatives while ensuring they are optimally deployed in projects and controlling the budget for all related activities.
**Skill Requirements**:
- Experience in leading a team or any element of people management, coaching, mentoring and ability to develop strategies
- Must be fluent German at minimum C1+ German speaking and writing level
**Bonus skills**:
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTO and CISSP confirm your technical knowledge.
- Sales negotiating skills
