Ob im Einsatz bei einem renommierten Kundenunternehmen oder im internen Team von YER - bei uns beginnt der Weg zum Traumjob Für unseren Kunden, ein wegweisendes und nachhaltiges Unternehmen im Bereich Mobilitätsinfrastrukturlösungen besetzen wir folgende Position in Festanstellung: Head of Product & Customer Experience (m/w/d) Bauprojekte **IHR AUFGABENPROFIL** - Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktentwicklung und -strategie mit Fokus auf User Experience & Customer Journey - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektentwicklung, Bau - und Technikpartnern - Gestaltung des Look & Feel: Innenraum, Software-Interfaces, Payment-Prozesse, UI/UX - Integration relevanter Technologien (Parking, Charging, Steuerung, Payments, Data Layer) - Aufbau einer skalierbaren Produktarchitektur, die Wachstum und Internationalisierung ermöglicht - Kontinuierliche Revenue Optimization & Yield Management im Produktdesign - Innovations - und Trend-Scouting im Bereich Smart Parking, Charging & Urban Mobility **IHR QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL** - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - 5 - 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in den Bereichen Mobility, Charging, Parking, Smart Infrastructure oder in einem wachstumsstarken Tech-/Scale-up-Umfeld - Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der nutzerzentrierten Entwicklung und Skalierung von Produkten - Ausgeprägte Kombination aus technischem Verständnis (z. B.
