We are looking for a Head of (online) Product (M/F/d) to join our Munich team

**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- **Expand Product Strategy**: Collaborate with product managers and other cross-functional teams to shape and expand our online product strategy. You will ensure that online product development initiatives align with our company’s vision and long-term objectives. You'll foster an environment where data-driven decisions lead the way to creating innovative solutions that meet market needs.
- ** Customer & Business Insight**: Develop a deep understanding of both our customers (guests) and the broader business landscape. By closely analyzing customer needs, behaviors, and feedback, you will lead the creation of online products that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will also work closely with business stakeholders to ensure online product initiatives drive key business metrics and align with financial goals.
- ** Inspire and Lead Teams**: Inspire product managers, designers and stakeholders by articulating a compelling vision for what our online products can achieve. Your leadership will foster innovation and creativity within the teams, helping them push boundaries and explore new possibilities. You will also build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment throughout the online product lifecycle.

**What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us**:

- ** Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams**: Proven experience leading product managers and designers to deliver innovative and high-quality online products. You know how to drive collaboration across diverse teams and bring out the best in each member.
- ** Strong Business Acumen**: You have a solid understanding of business fundamentals and how online product decisions impact the overall business. You can seamlessly integrate business strategy with product development to drive measurable outcomes.
- ** Diverse Product Expertise**: Demonstrated success in building customer-facing, business-facing, and internal tools. You understand the nuances of different product types and how to optimize them for their respective user bases.
- ** Exceptional Stakeholder Communication**: You are adept at managing and influencing senior stakeholders, presenting product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and organizational goals. Strong communication skills are a must to navigate complex conversations and build trust.
- ** Start-up / Scale-up Experience**: Prior experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment is highly preferred. You are comfortable in fast-paced settings where you need to be both strategic and hands-on, and you thrive in driving growth through innovation.
- ** Leadership Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within product management. You have successfully led teams, navigated organizational challenges, and consistently delivered impactful products.
