**YOUR MISSION**:
**As our Head of Product (f/m/d), you'll be the driving force behind bringing our product vision to life.** This is a **high-impact, hands-on role** where you'll directly own the execution, elevate our product quality, accelerate delivery velocity, and ensure exceptional customer impact and value. You'll lead our Product Team (currently 2 Product Managers and 2 Product Designers), working closely with diverse stakeholders, engineers, and users.

**What you’ll do as our Head of Product (f/m/d)**
- **
Drive the product roadmap from strategy to execution**: You'll translate our product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps, ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery and tangible customer value.
- ** Elevate product delivery and quality**: You'll implement and refine modern product development processes, focusing on continuous improvement, rapid iteration, and a relentless pursuit of product excellence.
- ** Be hands-on in the trenches**: You'll actively participate in product discovery, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth execution, getting involved wherever needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress.
- ** Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing product team**: You'll provide clear guidance, foster their growth, and cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- ** Own key metrics and demonstrate impact**: You'll take full responsibility for product performance, leveraging data to inform decisions and clearly show the improvements driven by your team.
- ** Master stakeholder management and prioritization**: You'll effectively balance competing priorities and communicate with conviction to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Proven experience as a hands-on Product Leader** in scaling B2B SaaS startups, specifically with a strong focus on serving enterprise-level clients (500+ employees), from Series A and beyond. You've been instrumental in building and shipping successful products.
- ** A strong bias for action and execution**, with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality products that move the needle.
- ** Exceptional leadership and communication skills**, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of proactive and clear expectation management with all stakeholders.
- ** Deep expertise in modern product development methodologies**, including customer and product discovery, agile practices, and rapid testing.
- ** Data-driven decision-maker** with a keen analytical mind and a proven ability to leverage metrics to drive product improvements and business outcomes.
- ** Obsessive about customer value** and a relentless focus on creating solutions that solve real-world problems for users.
- Ability to foster an environment of **collaboration, trust, and mutual respect** between product, design, and engineering teams.
- Previous experience in the **SaaS industry is a strong plus**, showcasing a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- You are ideally **based in Munich** (or within regularly commutable distance) to allow for frequent in-person collaboration with our CEO, Sven.
