People Experience Lead

As the People Experience Lead you play a fundamental role in shaping the culture of our organisation on a global scale. The position at hand demands interpersonal skills and hand-on execution to make SAP Fioneer a great place to work and align human capital with our business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and drive Fioneers culture: Lead the implementation and enhancement of Fioneer’s values; define and implement measures for Fioneer to be a great place to work
- Internal Feedback and Surveys: Conduct regular company-wide employee surveys, interpret results and execute action items together with the management. Ensure anonymity and confidentiality in feedback collection.
- Hands-on: Respond to employee concerns
- Onboarding: Maintain and further develop a great onboarding experience of new colleagues
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Manage DE&I strategies and align diversity with business goals to foster an inclusive culture that values all perspectives.
- Employee Engagement: Experience in driving and leading employee engagement programs, measuring employee sentiment and feedback, and developing strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction. Knowledge of implementing action plans to enhance engagement levels.
- Employee relations: Manage employee relations strategies, aligning relations with organisational values, minimize conflicts through proactive measures
- Communication: Ensure a company wide open and transparent communication of people-related topics together with the internal communication team, which you will be closely working with
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+years experience in People Experience, Organizational Change Management or Talent Management, with a track record of creating, driving & delivering people related initiatives globally.
- Hands-on / entrepreneurial mind-set
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across the business and at all levels of the organisation including senior leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred
- Fluency in English is a must German in addition is preferred
- Ideally, proven ability to manage cross functional teams.
