**Responsibilities**:
- You lead and coordinate a team of People Partners and a Workplace Manager to ensure effective support and assistance for our teams in all our four offices
- You drive strategic People initiatives to nurture retention and employee development, directly supporting our growth trajectory
- You revamp our performance management and evaluation process to foster a culture of excellence
- You shape compensation and workplace strategies to promote fairness, transparency, and employee satisfaction, continuously optimizing People processes in coordination with management
- You serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and management, streamlining communication across all teams
- You develop and implement scalable company policies that align with our business objectives and facilitate growth
- You provide expert advice on employment law matters
- You will serve as a strategic advisor, reporting directly to the CPO and your involvement will be multifaceted, requiring close coordination with Talent Acquisition, Legal and IT Support

**Profile**:
- Degree in Law or extensive experience in dealing with labor law topics
- Several years of experience in Human Resource Management in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment
- Autonomy, sound decision-making and the ability to execute both defined and ambiguous tasks
- Strong organizational and development skills, ability to multitask and collaborate with various teams and geographical locations
- You are an energetic, positive leader with a can-do mentality
- Excellent communication skills in German and English is a must
