**Your Role**

As People Operations Lead you are on a path to empower and motivate our employees to deliver excellence. Across the employee life-cycle you ensure together with our team that our internal processes run smoothly and are set up fairly so that everyone can deliver their best. In owning our compensation & benefits domain, internal transfers as well as all things related to our employee equity participation programs, you play a key role in empowering and motivating our teams. You report directly to our Chief People Officer.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead your team: You are responsible for hiring and developing a world-class team of People Operations professionals. Enable them to unfold their full potential and bring the People Ops vision to life.
- Evolve People Operations at FINN: Building on a solid foundation, your task is to challenge the status quo and bring our processes and offerings to the next level. This includes our benefits offering, payroll processing, immigration support, and much more. Ultimately, you should build a well-oiled machine that executes processes seamlessly while catering to the needs of our employees.
- Drive our employee equity program: All our employees should benefit from the success of FINN, which is why we provide shares to all our employees as part of their compensation. Continuously develop our existing programs and make sure they are communicated internally and externally.
- Partner with the business: You are the expert on compensation and HR tooling-related topics and collaborate closely with stakeholders all across the organization. Help the business to develop smoothly by evolving our compensation philosophy or implementing the best HRIS for the current needs of the company.

**Your Profile**:

- At least 4 years of experience in different People domains, preferably People Operations. And 1 year of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management, business administration, or similar.
- Expert knowledge in payroll, employee equity, benefits and other People Operations domains.
- Analytical thinking coupled with a getting things done attitude and resilience.
- High degree of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in German and English.
