The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated
People Experience & Office Manager (m/f/d)
to join our People team. In this role, you'll help shape a vibrant, inclusive workplace by driving seamless office operations while creating memorable, people-first experiences.

From coordinating onboarding and managing events to overseeing day-to-day office logistics, you'll play a key part in building an environment where people feel connected, supported, and able to do their best work.

To join our team, you should be excited to

  • Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Oversee and continuously improve the employee onboarding experience to ensure new joiners feel welcome and set up for success
  • Collaborate with the People team on employee experience programs including engagement surveys, recognition, and well being initiatives
  • Manage the company events calendar, using project management skills to ensure timely coordination, budgeting, and smooth execution
  • Lead office management efforts, from managing supplies to keeping the workplace well organized, efficient, and welcoming
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility related matters and liaise with external service providers as needed

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in people experience and/or office management
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle professional interactions with discretion and tact
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with calendar management tools
  • Experience in arranging travel and logistics for senior executives
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required
  • A genuine passion for fostering a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture and contributing to a positive employee experience
