**About Apoqlar**

Apoqlar is a pioneering digital healthcare startup, revolutionizing health and wellness through cutting-edge technology and personalized care. We are in search of a strategic and visionary Head of Communications to spearhead our communication initiatives, playing a crucial role in our growth and impact within the healthcare sector.

As Head of Communications, you will not only lead our communication efforts but also be a strategic partner in our fundraising, recruiting, sales, and both public and private partnerships. Your role is integral to shaping our company's narrative, ensuring our message is impactful and aligns with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Fundraising**: Craft and communicate compelling stories to attract and retain investors. Your narratives will be key in our fundraising efforts, highlighting our potential and vision to stakeholders.
- **Talent Acquisition**: Elevate our employer brand to attract top talent. Through effective internal and external communications, you'll help position our company as a preferred employer in the digital healthcare space.
- **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales team to refine our product messaging, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in reaching our target customers and markets.
- **Building Partnerships**: Play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing both public and private partnerships. Your communication strategies will be vital in forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving forward our mission and business goals.
- **Investor Relations and Brand Building**: Develop and oversee strategies that foster investor confidence and public interest. This includes managing media relations, internal communications, and brand identity.
- **Content Development and Management**: Create and supervise content across various channels, aligning with our brand voice and strategic goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Continuously assess the impact of communication strategies and adapt as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a communication leadership role, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in strategic communication roles, particularly in fundraising, recruitment, sales, and building partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
