**We are seeking for**: We are looking for a **Head of Marketing (gn*)** as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours) and in a permanent position. At KLU, you will develop the still young Marketing unit into a powerful team of 5 members with efficient processes. The employees are experts in marketing and graphic design. You can expect an exciting management position in which your strategic and operational experience and skills are in demand. We expect you to have a clear desire to shape the university's growth plans. You will report directly to the Director of Communications & Marketing and coordinate closely and in partnership with the heads of the Student Recruitment and Public Relations departments. **Your Responsibilities**: **Your Area of responsibility** - Student marketing for 6 future study programs - Brand management incl. corporate identity and corporate design - Advertising materials and advertising media for print/out-of-home and online - Online marketing and referral marketing **Tasks** - Optimizing and implementing the marketing strategy for the university with a focus on student recruitment - Team building and leadership (team building, optimizing structures/workflows, aligned with growth targets, budget responsibility) - Rolling out the new brand positioning incl. new corporate design - Day-to-day business with operational parts/project management - Interface function to internal university departments **Your qualifications**: **Your Profile** - Several years of sound professional experience in the field of communication and marketing strategy and management experience - Focus on Online marketing - Very good German and English skills - Entrepreneurial and results-oriented way of working.
