Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen

 Head of Administration (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Stetige Weiterentwicklung der Serviceleistungen der Hochschule für die Studierenden und Dozierenden am Standort
  • Fachliche Führung der Fachabteilungen/Administration vor Ort
  • Permanente Prozessverbesserung innerhalb und zwischen den Fachabteilungen (z.B. Studienorganisation, Examination Office, Student Office, Career Center etc.)
  • Organisation und Durchführung von ISM Events für Studierende und externe Gäste
  • Überwachung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen der Immobilie
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards
  • Repräsentation des Standortes/der Hochschule und stetige Weiterentwicklung des Partnernetzwerkes

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Leitung administrativer Organisationseinheiten
  • Ausgeprägte Service-Orientierung
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in andere Anwendungen einzuarbeiten (z.B. unser Campusmanagementsystem)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Kooperationsbereitschaft, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
