As a Head of Project Management, you will lead our project management organization in Stibo DX and will set the standard for project management practices going forward in close collaboration with the 7 highly skilled project managers located in Aarhus and Hamburg, Germany

You will be leading project managers, where a large part of your time will be spent on standardizing project management and working to consolidate and improve the skills of our project managers

Furthermore, it is also expected that the new Head of PM can enable standardization of project management and develop project managers and help build the pipeline of further project managers within Stibo DX to support our strategy in building an even stronger project culture within the organization.

**We are looking for your passion and skills to**:

- Further develop and operationalize our process framework, services, and playbook within Professional Services.
- Establish project governance processes, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Set the bar high and influence the culture in how to deliver outstanding project management and hereby instigate best practices.
- Work closely with both your team and colleagues across the organization and in countries such as Germany, Denmark, Norway, and the US.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring effective collaboration and transparency.
- Lead and develop a group of highly competent and skilled project managers.

**While bringing in**:

- An open-minded, friendly, and professional manner.
- Experience from customer-faced international projects, preferably from the software industry.
- People management of a group of assertive employees.
- Organizational talent and a high degree of commitment as well as a sense of responsibility.
- Very good written and oral expression skills in German and English.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Ideally, a university degree or professional training relevant to the role.
- Quick comprehension as well as reliability, resilience, and flexibility.

You have several years’ experience with similar positions and good results to show for it. Most importantly, you have a track record of extraordinary leadership.

You are competent, analytical, have excellent communication and management skills, and you feel comfortable being a natural, influential, and charismatic leader.
