Our platform leverages AI with millions of transactional data points to help enterprise customers tackle their most complex emissions challenges - far beyond compliance.Your Role & Mission - We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within Consumer Goods, Electronics & Retail in the DACH region and help the sector decarbonize. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and expanding our footprint across global manufacturing and automotive companies.Sounds exciting? If you've got experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and you want to be a key player in the success of the decarbonization business - come join us in the next phase of our growth journeyYour tasksEnd-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closingResearch potential new leads, make use of your network to open accounts and stay on top of developments in the carbon management industry to expand our market baseBuilding trust with leads and customers comes naturally to you and you love turning conversations into lasting relationshipsYour approach to sales is value-driven: you listen, understand challenges and provide tailored solutionsLead and hold presentations and demonstrations for potential clients. Use your experience to navigate the complexity of the Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently and smoothlyBuild your own strategy to contact and acquire prospective clients through a variety of mediums, from LinkedIn and other network platforms to phoning, emailing or meeting in personWork closely with other teams and colleagues in the Revenue department to help align offerings with the needs of clientsKeep transparency on your sales pipeline staying on top of administrative tasks and updating our CRM systemEstablish a cross-functional and collaborative relationship with other departments, such as Marketing, Product and Customer SuccessJoin the Carbmee team in Berlin or Munich and get the unique opportunity to work with the biggest organizations in the world to help them reduce carbon emissionsYour profileExtensive working experience in enterprise SaaS sales within the B2B tech environment managing the entire sales cycleExcellent listening, communication and presentation skills in English and German. Speaking fluent German is a must-have requirement for this roleEnd-to-end experience in the sales process paired with excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumenExperience in B2B enterprise sales in at least one of those industries makes you a top-class candidate: manufactory, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics. Land and Expand strategy has been applied by you. Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and strong desire to play your part in guiding the industry towards achieving a net-zero mission. Experience working in the climate tech industry is a strong plusDemonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue and sales pipelineAbility to collect and analyse market and competitor data to influence and support our Partnership strategyYou have experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpotYou bring self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs in alignment with our organisational objectives and strategyYou rely on excellent organizational and prioritization skills and you can manage your tasks and your projects individuallyYou are a supportive team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environmentA positive, open-minded, and strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitudeYou are excited to join our diverse and international team in Berlin or Munich.
